Is the Slayer mullet compatible?
The 2023 Slayer IS Mullet compatible. Both the size Small and Medium come as muller where as the Large and XL come as 29".
What is the fork offset and axle to crown height?
The max axle to crown length is 601.9mm. The Slayer was designed around a 180mm travel 44mm offset fork.
What is the Slayer's maximum recommend tire size?
The Slayer is designed to fit up to a 29" x 2.5" tires or 27.5" x 2.5 " tires for a mullet set up. We recommend 6 mm of clearance between the tires and any frame members.
What is the Slayer crankset and chainline compatibility?
The spindle lengths that are compatible with the Slayer are the Race Face RF134-136, SRAM Boost, or the Shimano Boost. The Slayer has a 55mm chainline for Shimano, Sram and Raceface
What is the Slayer bottom bracket size?
The Slayer needs a Press Fit BB92 or PF41 bottom bracket, meaning that it's 92mm wide with a 41mm diameter shell. Any other bottom bracket standard is not compatible with this frame.
What is the Slayer brake mount type and maximum rotor size?
The Slayer has 200mm 2-postion brake mounts. It will fit up to a 223mm rotor with a 23mm adapter.
What the Slayer's rear axle size?
The Slayer uses a 12mm x 173mm with a 1mm thread pitch.
What is the Slayer headset size?
The Slayer uses a Zero Stack headset: ZS44|ZS56.
What is the Slayer maximum chainring size?
The maximum chainring size that’s compatible is a 36t. The maximum oval chainring size that’s compatible is a 34t.
What is the Slayer shock size and shock hardware size?
The Slayer uses a 230 mm x 65 mm length shock. The forward shock hardware is a 25mm x 8mm ID pin and reducers, and the rear shock mount uses our bearing eyelet hardware.
What is the Slayer bash guard compatibility?
The Slayer has the 2 lower ISCG05 tabs and is compatible with 2-bolt bash guards.
What is the Slayer seatpost collar size?
The Slayer uses a 34.9mm seat post collar.
What is the Slayer seatpost diameter?
The slayer uses a 30.9mm seatpost.
What is the Slayer sag recommendation?
We recommend running 30-35% sag for the rear shock and 15-20% for the fork on the Slayer.
