How long does shipping take?
We try to get your order to you as soon as we can! Our processing time is from 1-2 business days, and shipping will vary by country. Expect 2-5 business days for shipping to Canada, 3-6 business days for the United States, and 5-10 days for the rest of the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Bikes orders:
Shipping fees only apply when a bike isn't available in-store, and needs to be shipped from our warehouse.

Can I get my order shipped to a P.O box?
At the moment, we don't ship orders to P.O boxes.


Where are items shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in St. Georges de Beauce, Quebec, Canada.

Duties & taxes — shipping to USA and international
In Canada we charge all applicable taxes. On international shipments we don’t charge any duties or taxes, but international customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by their governments. We know these fees can sometimes be higher than expected, but they are entirely out of our control.


  • Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian taxes, but are subject to import duties, taxes and customs processing fees. Rocky Mountain is unable to estimate customs fees, and they are completely out of our control.
  • A customs invoice arrives with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
  • Check with your local customs office for more information.


Where’s my order and how do I track it?
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 2 days to process and hand-off to a shipping partner. When we hand-off an order, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can find your tracking number under order history in your account. If your tracking number hasn’t updated for 15 days or more, please contact us.

Why hasn’t my order shipped?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email after several days, check your order history in your account for a tracking number. Contact us if you don’t see one.

How can I cancel an order?
If your order is still processing, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us to find out. If it’s been shipped or is complete, it’s too late to cancel, but you can easily return it. For information on returns and exchanges, click here.

Why can’t I order _________ online?
Shipping restrictions apply to some products. Complete bikes can be purchased from your local Rocky Mountain authorized dealer. Some products are considered dangerous goods and can’t be shipped internationally (ex. Overtimepack), and must be purchased through your dealer.
