The climbing was sooo much fun! Quite impressed with the descend…it does great through choppy sections and jumps!
So much fun to ride going up the hill with the power assist. Downhill took a couple times to get used to as it is heavier/faster than normal (ride an Element A50) and a little nose heavy on the steep descents. The next few runs were as if I had owned the bike for years. Bottom line…It makes you feel 15 years old again with not a care in the world! So much fun.
Met Pat and Wade at Marty’s and took a brand new (never ridden) Altitude C70 to Heartland for just over an hour. It’s smooth power and climbing ability was amazing. Met up with the boys the next day at Tzouhalem and took it out for another rip for an hour or so. Thanks again guys! I had Marty’s build me a Green/Black A70 the next week. Love it!
I had the chance to get out on the new PowerPlay for a few hours last Saturday when the RM Demo van was in Cumberland. Many thanks to Pat and Wade for setting the bike up for me and getting me out for a second ride in the same day. The RM specific e-tech is bveyr impressive and will have me seriously considering a PowerPlay when the time comes for a new bike.
