Perfect Fit but POOR Customer Service

I purchased an entire Ride 9 Flip Chip Kit because one of the inner chips was cracked in half on my 2021 carbon Instinct. Was not happy the Rocky Mountain website did not list a replacement Flip Chip Kit for the 2021 carbon Instinct. Though I tried reaching out to Rocky Mountain twice, I never received any customer support from Rocky Mountain, but received confirmation from the local Rocky Mountain dealer. Apparently, Rocky Mountain did not want to respond to my inquiry, but would communicate with the dealer. So, though I love my carbon Instinct, and the replacement Flip Chip Kit was a perfect match, Rocky Mountain’s customer service is severely lacking.
