After taking a fall on ice, some paint was scraped leaving white primer. I was encouraged to see touch up paint available. I had no luck just swiping as if a magic marker. The paint would not release from the pen unless I stabbed at the frame. It took me seven different attempts to cover up the white primer. I suppose it looks better now but "better" merely means instead of white primer I now have a very blemished paint job. Rocky Mountain graciously offered a refund. I replied "that's generous, yes a refund would be nice. Thank you." Turns out they can easily offer a refund but never heard from them again. Nor did I get a refund. I have no reason to believe it was anything more than my file dropped through the cracks. So be it. I'm not up to pursuing further. But, hey, it's just a bike.
