Featuring a Magnesium motor casing and refined internal components, the Dyname S4 Lite motor is 30% lighter than our full power drive system.
Combined with a new slim 480 Wh battery, we've sheds pounds without sacrificing that great mountain bike ride feel.

Much like all Dyname systems, the Dyname S4 Lite motor offers a responsive and natural ride feel thanks to our external torque sensor.
By developing a torque sensor that precisely measures chain tension, we’ve created a mechanical solution to what normally would be an extra digital process that introduces more lag when it comes to the power delivery — this helps reduce the amount of lag helping us achieve that desired ride feel.
All that power, minus the whining
On top of offering category-leading power and torque, the Dyname S4 Lite is quiet, without the high-pitched whine common to other motors.
We've achieved this by lowering the operational RPM that our motor runs on compared to the competition, giving you a e-MTB experience that sounds like you're riding a mountain bike, not a blender.
Customize your ride
Tune the power delivery to best suit your needs with two fully customizable power maps (Tune A & B), or simply go ride with the Factory setting.
For each of these 2 custom maps, riders can adjust the level of Assistance available for each assist level (Eco, Trail, Trail+ and Ludicrous).

Integrated display
The Jumbotron is our display screen, seamlessly integrated into the top tube of all Powerplay bikes.
Positioned to show all key data and information in a convenient, easy to see location, the screens can be navigated using the handlebar remote. Our small, custom remote has 3 buttons that allows you to cycle through the screen and options on the Jumbotron giving you a clutter free cockpit.
It's everything you need for on-the-fly power adjustments and fine-tuning all your settings. No phone needed.
