The Rocky Mountain family is excited to welcome French freerider and trail builder Eliott Lapotre to the team.
Growing up in a region of France known as Little Canada, it’s no surprise that Eliott is a perfect fit for our North Shore DNA.
Bringing the Spirit of the Shore to Europe
Few riders embody the spirit of the Shore in the French Vosges quite like Eliott. His video series „Lost Paradise“ is a perfect reflection of his unique vision of mountain biking: custom-built North Shore features, fast downhill riding, and stylish dirt jump lines, all tied together with unmistakable creativity.

“I’m stoked to start riding for Rocky Mountain, one of the most iconic freeride brands. It perfectly matches my vision, passion, and riding style. Joining the brand I’ve dreamed about for years is a huge milestone for me. I’m excited to be part of such a stacked team and to ride alongside riders who have inspired me with their creativity and style. I can’t wait to see what the future brings.” Eliott Lapotre

His bike of choice? The Slayer - one of freeride’s all-time classics. In his latest short film, "LIZARDS", Eliott once again showcases what he loves most and where the Slayer feels right at home: steep technical North Shore features, and fast, playful trail riding.
“Our athletes are more than riders. They are storytellers, builders, and innovators, and Eliott embodies that spirit perfectly. Through projects like Lost Paradise, he brings the essence of the North Shore to Europe while showcasing the values that have defined Rocky Mountain for decades.
We’re excited to support his creative vision, help bring future ideas to life, and see him continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, both on and off the bike."
