Built From History. Driven Forward

Built From History. Driven Forward

As 2025 came to a close, we look back on a year where history, progression, and ambition came together - where the past inspired the future, and Rocky Mountain once again proved that we want to lead global mountainbiking culture.

A Full-Circle Moment in Freeride

At Red Bull Rampage 2025, history was rewritten. As a rookie, Hayden Zablotny rose to the very top, claiming victory on a Rocky Mountain bike and stepping into the footsteps of Wade Simmons, who earned the very first Rampage title back in 2001.

From one generation to the next, the legacy continues. Inspired by the legends who built freeride, a new wave of riders is now pushing the sport forward. Freeride is evolving - and it’s in good hands.

Stick to the Roots: The North Vancouver Shore

We proudly secured and populated a new R&D office in North Vancouver. The team moved in October 2025 and is engineering, designing, and planning the rollout of new innovations. Within these walls, our history is coming to life, reminding us daily of where we came from and driving us to build even better bikes for the future.
Surrounded by the legendary technical trails of the North Shore - roots, rocks, and original ladder bridges - this is where Rocky Mountain’s spirit lives. For more than 40 years, North Vancouver has shaped our bikes and defined mountain bike culture. This is where our innovation starts.

Stronger Together: Expanding in Europe

While staying true to our roots, we’re also pushing forward globally. With the acquisition of Bikeaction, our long standing partner in Europe, Rocky Mountain reaffirm our long-term commitment to Europe. Operating directly in the region brings our European team closer than ever to our Canadian headquarters - strengthening collaboration, accelerating development, and deepening our connection with riders across the continent.

What’s Next: 2026 and Beyond

The future is already taking shape. For 2026, we’re introducing the new Altitude Powerplay.

More powerful. More capable. With an updated rear end and refined kinematics, the new Altitude Powerplay is designed to go everywhere, climb higher, and descend faster - built to conquer the most demanding terrain with confidence.

The Momentum Continues

2025 was a year of legacy, commitment, and progression. From podiums to product development, from North Shore roots to global expansion, Rocky Mountain is building forward - driven by history and focused on what’s next.

The Spirit of the Shore lives on!! All the best for 2026!
