Used the chart listed, order the size based on measurements. To small.

Ordered it, as title said. Came in too small, been about two weeks with zero response from the customer service for exchange or at least a way to get my money back. Sucks for a hoodie that cost a hundred dollars plus. However the hoodie is wonderful, the quality is good but to small with zero results or responses to get the size I would need to enjoy it!
